Totally disaster this trip. They are not professional, they are not what they promised. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend anyone to have experience with them if you want to enjoy your travel and find another company. Bad experience for many reasons. The guide was not experienced and did not speak French equipped and the logistics is a disaster. They said they would provide a guide who could speak French language but they didn't. We couldn't discuss anything properly with him. Because his English was also very weak. Totally bad experience.

Wonderful Safari and Zanzibar experience! Highly recommend! We had a fantastic 9 day custom-made trip including Zanzibar and a 4-day Safari as a group of 6. Everyone in our family between the ages of 18 to 74 (!) was very happy and everything was organized perfectly. They even got us a Safari guide fluent in German (Kessy was a very good guide) and communication before and during the trip was very smooth. Jerome, Kessy and Frank treated us like family and we would recommend their business to anyone who considers doing a trip to Tanzania! Tell them what you want and they will plan the perfect trip for you!

7 Days Safari in the National Parks of Northern Tanzania We went on a 7 day safari in Tanzania with Kiriwe Travel.We organized the safari with Frank. He was very responsive and very attentive. We were able to choose our itinerary and all of our hotels. The advice was always good and Frank adapted our itinerary to our wishes. The value for money ratio was very interesting. Frank organized everything with masterful hands! Our driver had only to carry out the formalities at the entrance of each national park. We considered a change of schedule a few days before departure and Frank changed everything very quickly. We even considered a change along the way and Frank, again, was listening.Our driver, Geoffrey/Charles, spoke good French and was very nice. He made our stay memorable. He was familiar with the five national parks we had chosen (Arusha, Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro) and led us with great professionalism. It allowed us to see a lot of animals and even the big five! The vehicle was very comfortable with unlimited water and some extras. Geoffrey/Charles drove the car perfectly, paying attention to the dangers of the road.The hotels chosen were very comfortable and the staff very attentive. Thanks to Frank, we chose hotels that met our expectations. Those in the National Parks were fantastic!Many thanks to the whole team!

Book the trip; these guys are good Highly recommend. We had a huge issue that was rectified within 24 hours and never impacted my memorable trip. They handled the problem quickly and professionally; you want a vendor that handles issues like this because not all trips go as planned.

He was also incredibly friendly and well-informed. I have traveled to South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Chad on seven separate safaris. We had driver/guides for each of these trips, and Machine was and still is the finest. He was an expert at locating animal sightings and positioning us for the greatest shots. He was also incredibly friendly and well-informed. I heartily suggest him to anyone looking for the greatest wildlife encounter; Machine will see to it that you have it!

Really intimate safari encounter. Along with the amazing wildlife and wilderness we saw on our safari with Jerome, our group of five people and one jeep, he also provided flawless attention to all of our requirements. I'm still amazed at how he managed to prepare such delicious cuisine when miles and sometimes days away from any stores in the middle of nowhere! Never before have I encountered such a high degree of friendliness and a desire to make a customer feel wonderful. Many thanks, and don't forget to greet Kaka Komba:)

Awful- outsourced to another company by Kiriwe and they refuse refunds. If I could give 0, I would! They charged me 3x the amount others paid because I'm American. They refused to give me a full refund when they could not fulfill what they promised 2 months before the trip and pleaded for time to figure something out. What they figured out was doing the entire route in 4 days, outsourcing me to another company. They promised a 3 day private tour to make up the full 7-days of a tour of Lake Manyara and Arusha national park, but the private tour operator did it in 1 day and 1 night, not to mention their car broke down in the middle of Lake Manyara, the first stop. I had to pay for my own accommodation for night 2 since that was apparently not included in the $3,000 I paid for the experience. Others in my mismatched 4-day safari experience driven by a freelancer, who didn't get 1/3 of what I paid and did all the work, paid $650/4-day experience, $2,100 for a 12-day experience and $2,300 for a 14-day experience with other companies. Frank has pocketed my money and acts as a middle man. I DO NOT reccomend!

Great individual Safari and once-in-a-lifetime-experience in Kenya and Tanzania Me and my partner (both in the fifties) have made an individual safari with Kiriwe-Travel over 12 days, from Kilimanjaro through Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti NP, Masai Mara to Amboseli NP. Frank had very quickly worked out the safari according to our specific ideas and his recommendations, choosing a great route and excellent accommodations. In addition, we had guides with many years of experience and excellent local knowledge, which certainly contributed a lot to the fact that we saw many of the Big Five very early on, and also got a deep impression of the Big Migration. We especially appreciated that Frank and his guides always listened to our special wishes, and did everything possible to fulfill them. They also did everything they could to give us a once-in-a-lifetime experience, which they fully succeeded in doing. We had great views of a lot of lions, elefants, zebras, girafes, wilderbeasts, hippos aso, and they succeed also to find the mostly well hidden lepards and chetaahs.We would like to thank Frank and his guides for this great two weeks, and can highly recommend him.

Mind blowing safari that exceeds all expectations Safari with Jerome and Josef (Maschine) was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we would absolutely love to turn into at least a twice-in-a-lifetime experience. Tanzania superabounds of beautiful nature and a large variety of wildlife and our Steppe Dog Adventures Guides showed us so many breathtaking views, searched the horizon for huge herds and took us closer to many wild animals than we had ever dared to expect. Not to mention that any moment we felt safe, comfortable and easy - and above all: overjoyed and blessed. Amazing experience and one I would recommend Frank is such a lovely guy. My friends and I met him while backpacking in Tanzania. He did everything possible to assure that we had a wonderful time. We hiked to the waterfalls, slept in his home, and shared many stories together. He is a trustworthy man who I can honestly recommend to everyone. He went out of his way several times to make sure we were happy and comfortable. You won’t regret booking a tour with this company. I’ve traveled the world for 15yrs+ and he tops them all.
