During this 5-day Tanzania camping safari, you will visit the Lake Manyara National Park, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and the Serengeti National Park. Highlights:
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Arusha (approx. 45 minutes). Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at the hotel, explore the area, or enjoy available facilities.
Start your Tanzania safari with a visit to Lake Manyara National Park, located along the Rift Valley Escarpment. Known for its pink-hued flamingo population, the park is a haven for over 400 bird species. You may also spot giraffes, elephants, antelopes, and the famous tree-climbing lions. After a full game drive, continue to Mto wa Mbu for overnight camping.
Travel through the highlands to Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s top wildlife destinations. Home to the Big Five and the annual migration of wildebeest and zebras, the Serengeti offers unforgettable game drive experiences. Spend the night under the stars at a campsite in central Serengeti.
Descend into Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in biodiversity. Look out for rhinos, lions, hyenas, and hundreds of bird species during your crater tour. After a picnic lunch, return to your
camping site near the crater rim.
After breakfast, pass through Mto wa Mbu for souvenirs and photos, then head back to Arusha or the airport,concluding your unforgettable
Tanzania safari experience.
